So while in Dominican Republic you can expect the same civilized lifestyle and friendly environment as in any Western country to dine, drink and dance until you literally fall on the dance floor.

Geographically, Dominican Republic falls in the waters of Cuba, Puerto Rico, and Haiti – world’s best known places for their unique dance styles, hip-hop culture with easy-going attitude. In sum, you can enjoy a great nightlife at Dominican Republic at dance clubs, discothèques, bars, casinos, liquor stores and shopping malls.

You Won’t Feel Bored-Guaranteed!

One thing is for sure, while in Dominican Republic, you won’t get bored – no matter what type of activity you want or what dance style you like ranging from Merengue to Bachata to Salsa to various other local dance styles. When it comes to nightlife in Dominican Republic, you have so many options to choose from entire night. In fact you can start experiencing the nightlife as soon as 9:00 p.m. with a vast array of evening shows, and get ready to experience the real nightlife after 11:00 p.m. when night parties start taking shapes with hundreds of couples having hand in hand along with a large number of singles (ready to mingle).

Though, most local people are friendly and co-operative but if you are a single lady better to visit a nightclub either in your hotel or nearby for obvious reasons.

La Guacara Taina:

The La Guacara Taina is perhaps not for everyone, as it is dreadfully located in an underground cavern located at southwest Santo Domingo area where you can enjoy good food, drinks, music, and different dance styles, such as meringue, salsa and other on-the-spot local dancing styles. Best suited for people in groups, couples and daredevils who want to drink and dance in an unusual place beneath the ground in a real cave!
