Today is an age of internet marketing. Writing articles about your product and then getting them published at various places is the best way to popularize your website or your products, as most of the articles have a URL of the concerned company at their end. After knowing this, the instant reaction of certain people would be, “how simple is it, I just have to write an article and get it published at various websites.” But is it really that simple?

First of all writing a professional keyword rich article is not everyone’s cup of tea. Secondly, once the article is complete, you have to find the best and most popular websites or directories to publish them with good page ranks (PR). Browsing through various websites, signing up, accepting terms and conditions can be a very tedious task, especially for beginners. Sometimes you don’t have sufficient time to do such things at your own.

A simple solution to all these problems is Article Writing and Submission Services from a trusted provider.

Apart from above mentioned benefits there are numerous other benefits that clients get. Manual article submission is one such benefit. It not only eradicates the possibility of having your article rejected as a spam but also ensures the correct posting of the article under the right category (very important). These services also help people in creating a brand for their product. The more visibility their articles have over the net, the more trust and credibility, people start to associate with their products and services. Looking at the advantages, it is needless to say that article submission software won’t serve any purpose.

The most important advantage that these services bring to the people is the highest level of exposure by getting them listed in the top results of the search engines. Search engines have a pre determined way to find information. They have programs which are known as spiders which scan millions of websites and look up for the pages that have most relevant text on them. So in order to get listed in the top results, the article has to be very well written along with the optimum number of keywords at the right places, such as title, first paragraph, last paragraph and natural sprinkling of the related keywords throughout the article. That is known as latent semantic indexing (LSI).

But just getting the people to the site is not the end of the story. Research studies have shown that people seeking out information glance only for a few second at your article and if they don’t find it good enough, they move on to the next site. So it is very important to make your article as interesting and informative as possible. The promise made in the title should be justified in the article body. In addition to that it has to be original, should not contain objectionable content and should not violet any copyright laws. These services have professional writers who thoroughly research a topic and then write a completely professional, crisp and concise article for you. It not only guarantees reader’s interest but also make your article exclusive which is easily accepted by best publications in the industry.

Last but not least, it is a win-win situation for all the parties involved i.e. the reader, the article writing and submission services and the company availing such services. So what are you waiting for? Hire a trusted article writing and submission provider today and experience a big difference in your marketing campaign by attracting a large number of visitors and qualified traffic.

Would you feel the risks of outsourcing outweigh the benefits or vice versa – especially when it’s your blog? Is it even possible to outsource your blog effectively and still retaining the individuality of it being your own blog?

Naturally, there are all sorts of risks associated with all outsourcing, not just with your blog: you could get scammed or find your work has been plagiarized in some way or another. If you do decide to outsource your blog you do need to ensure you research the outsourcing company thoroughly and ensure they adhere to an acceptable ethical code. Personally, when it comes to my blog, I would much rather be responsible for writing that myself.

However, if time precludes me actually having time to put pen to paper, the next best thing would be to make my own notes and then to pass these over – lock, stock and barrel – to a reputable outsourcing company to put my notes into some semblance of order and to write them up into a coherent article that I can then publish as my blog. I would prefer to outsource my blog than some more sensitive work that could cause harm to my business if, for some reason, it went astray or it was plagiarized or if there was some other issue that was likely to compromise the security of my business.

Often, when it comes to small businesses, it is necessary to pay to outsource work: many small businesses have limited budgets and few personnel to carry out many essential tasks associated with maintaining a viable business. If it’s a direct choice between outsourcing and employing staff that will somehow damage the budget of a small company then, regardless of the gamble, outsourcing simply has to be worth those risks. Before outsourcing your work you need to be completely sure that it is not possible for this work to be carried out by personnel already working in your own firm. However, for small businesses that don’t employ any personnel, outsourcing is often the best and only way forward.

There are only so many hours in a day and if, for instance, you are busy manufacturing a bespoke item that is not able to be made by another person, then it is more cost-effective for you to get on with that and to outsource your paperwork, website design and any writing to others whose main job such things are.

Weighing up the advantages and disadvantages as elicited above, the pros and cons of outsourcing your blog appear to be more of a personal issue than something set in stone – some of which boils down to how much you actually want to spend time in writing that blog of yours. If you know you are good at writing and enjoy writing your blog, no matter how short of time you are, you are going to make the time to accomplish a task that is particularly enjoyable to you. However, if you find blog-writing a total anathema to you, then outsourcing your blog is clearly the only [and obvious] way forward.

Well folks, it seems that we all are living in a very professional callous world, unfortunately where you can’t trust anybody. Those who are having a close watch on the lastest happenings around us already know that “so called” most social media websites are involved in “unsocial practices” by playing with users’ privacy and other confidential information to “eager to eat” advertisers who are nothing more than Paparazzi (An independent photographer who doggedly/unethically/privately follows politicians, celebrities and other people of social or general interest to take candid pictures for sale; Source: Wikipedia).

Gone were the days when companies and agencies were concerned about the privacy of their users, nowadays everyone seems to be in haste to capaitalise on whatever comes their way to sell in the market. In the recent coverages of The Wall Street Journal is reporting on Facebook, MySpace Confront Privacy Loophole and Mashable’s recent article on Facebook and Others Caught Sending User Data to Advertisers, it is clearly shown that most social media websites along with websites that have enormous traffic don’t seem to comply with users’ privacy. Indeed a great cause of concern for every one of us.

Let’s fight together against these “big” and “fat” fishes by raising our voice.

What do you think about these recent issues raised against these so called “social media” websites?

Why is website design so critical to a business getting noticed?

Primarily, you need to attract visitors so you are able to convert these visitors into customers who pay – so that your business makes money. Secondly, and, to my way of thinking, just as important, the design of your website needs to satisfy the demands of the issues surrounding search engine optimization.

Having learned over the years from my own mistakes, good website design needs to be coupled with optimization at one and the same time if you are to get your business off to a sound start on the internet. This is where the Website Designer comes to the fore over you making use of your own design skills in conjunction with one of the many templates you can get so easily now. I write quite good web pages – in fact, I know enough to know that I don’t know sufficient to replace skills that I consider to be good value in employing an experienced Website Designer.

In fact, I couldn’t afford not to! Appropriate optimization takes more than skill. Of course, you also need to know where to start now you have your well-designed website: how do you boost your business? There are many ways to achieve this, such as the traditional methods of website promotion such as adding your URL to stationery, literature and business cards, brochures and any other advertising literature you should be sending out.

You only need to begin your URL with www. And_your_name.suffix – but you do need to ensure the printer gets it correct. If printed advertising works for you – keep it going: there’s no point in throwing the baby out with the bathwater! Another method is to attract people to your website with the offer of a free service, or a free product.

This method may or may not be cost effective in terms of your time, but it is often very rewarding when it comes to the increased traffic to your site. Few people can resist an offer of something free – and ‘how-to’ information is always a draw. There is still the email marketing methods which is still a valuable source of traffic to your site.

However, make sure you fully understand the ‘CAN Spam’ rules and stay out of trouble: caught spamming can result in your website being removed by your Web host. There is also the signature line that you can add to all your outgoing emails. When you consider the number of emails you may be sending out per month that could be a lot of targeted traffic.

A signature at the bottom of your emails can include the name of your company, your address and phone number, URL and email address and a unique signature line that best describes what your company is offering. Then, of course, there is email newsletters which do demand a bit of time creating them each month.

However, in terms of website promotion, they offer excellent returns. Distribution doesn’t have to cost the earth – use iContact which is an email marketing service with an excellent reputation amongst ISPs. There are innumerable other methods of boosting your business with a well-designed website – far too many to list here. However, those mentioned here will get your business off to a good start, helping to get your business out into cyberspace.

It’s a well-known fact of life that it is easier to deal with a single person on a face-to-face basis than it is to deal with an anonymous company which employs a number of staff and which, by definition, results in a turnover of staff from time to time as people move on in their careers. By the time a person decides to become freelance invariably they have done all the moving-on necessary for their careers and, by using a freelancer you will be able to establish a degree of stasis.

While there is always going to be a place in business for the Web-designing companies that employ many personnel, for my money I would always use a freelance Web Designer through personal choice. One of the reasons for this is that, when I need work done on my website, I want to be able to reach the same person who worked on my site before – not one of their colleagues to whom I would have to explain all my likes and dislikes all over again.

My freelance Web Designer knows perfectly well that I hate video and sound on my website – and I have absolutely no intention to explain all over again that ‘Yes, I know it’s cool, but it’s my website and I don’t want it – and no, I don’t really need to explain why’. It wastes my time and, when running any small business, time is precious. Contact any freelancer and they will know you by your first name and should be able to recall your site in their minds as you talk to them on the phone – I say ‘should’: if they can’t you might be advised to go elsewhere anyway! With a freelance Web Designer you are buying an individual approach to the design of your website: in fact, your website will become part of their portfolio so you know they are going to do a good job for you.

When researching this article to write I visited two Web Designers featured on Google. Both were freelancers and both had years of experience. The first one I clicked on, I stayed on that site for less than 2 seconds – in fact, I didn’t even wait around for that person’s site to fully load. The second site I visited I spent 20 minutes on the site, reading the information there in detail and, had I been looking for a freelance Web Designer at this present time, I would most certainly have chosen this person – without even having the knowledge of cost.

While these were both freelance Web Designers, I know the designer on the first site would have produced exactly what I asked for. I suspect the designer on the second site may have been attempting to move into the freelance market from being employed by a web design company. The first company was all about what they could do for me: the second company appeared to project more about how my work could further their career. Perhaps I am being unfair, but that is how I perceive the work from designers employed by a web design company: give me a freelancer every time!
